Deleting Information and/or Account from Property Manager

1) To delete yourself as a user - and remove your username/email address and password and all associated data:

  • Send an email to userdelete@visualvalue.com from your email address of your username.
  • Put "Delete User Property Manager" in the subject line.
  • You may be contacted to verify the identity and request.

2) To delete all the data you have collected and input into the Property Manager System (from the Desktop Manager)

  • Send an email to datadelete@visualvalue.com from your email address of your username.
  • Put "Delete Data Property Manager" in the subject line.
  • You may be contacted to verify the identity and request.
